A: Once your KYC is uploaded, it will be approved within 24 hours. However, if your documents require further verification, it may take up to 48 hours. Please note: The approved means of identification should be uploaded in JPEGs, not PDFs.

Q: How can I log in to my trading account?

A: Once your profile is completed, your login credentials will be sent to your email address. You should also check your spam or junk folder if there are delays. Also, you can copy your credentials from your Standard/Pro account on the WMarkets dashboard

A: You can place a trade through MT5 downloaded from the Apple Store or the Play Store and search for Western Sahara Worldwide Service Limited, and log in with your trading credentials

Q: I can't place a trade, even with the lowest lot size on my live account. Why?

A: This could be due to insufficient funds or high margin requirements. Please check your account balance and leverage settings or contact support for assistance.

Terms and Conditions
